Every day there are decisions to make. From the moment I open my eyes, the first choice presents itself. Do I get up?
When we were babies we had choices. Do I cry or not?
As toddlers choices were often made for us.
As young children we begin to express our decision making more clearly.
As adolescents we strongly make our decisions known.
As young adults we are thrilled when we finally have the ability to decide for ourselves.
As maturing adults we start to question our ability to make decisions alone.
As experienced adults we realize that most decisions aren't that important.
As elderly adults we often are back to having decisions made for us.
And the cycle is complete.
Point being, change is inevitable.
